Who and what
Customer with their full visit history, device model, and the IMEI or serial the whole record is searchable by.
The work
Reported problem, the technician's diagnosis, who it is assigned to, current status and the date you promised.
The money
Estimate lines, total, advance taken, balance due, and the warranty that starts the day it goes out the door.
Workflow
Every repair has a clear next step.
Nobody has to ask what happens now. A job sits in exactly one status, everyone sees the same board, and moving it forward is one action — which is also what triggers the customer's update.
The nine statuses a job can hold
- PendingDevice checked in at the counter
- In QueueWaiting for a free technician
- In ProgressDiagnosis and repair underway
- On HoldWaiting on a part or the customer
- Tech CompletedBench work done, ready to check
- Ready for DeliveryQuality checked, customer told
- DeliveredHanded over and billed
- ClosedWarranty period ended
- CancelledCustomer withdrew the device — recorded, not deleted
Technicians
Give every technician a clear workload.
No more shouting across the shop to find out who has the Redmi. Work is assigned, visible and counted.
- Assign at the counter
- A job card without a technician shows up as unassigned, so nothing sits in a pile nobody owns.
- Each person's own queue
- A technician opens the app and sees their jobs — in progress, queued, and what is waiting on a part.
- Output you can check
- The technician report shows jobs completed and turnaround over any period, per person.

Customer experience
Keep customers informed. Automatically.
The updates are sent by the system when a job moves, not by someone remembering to send them. Nine job stages and both payment events have their own message.
- The status calls stop
- Every status change sends the update the moment it happens — so nobody has to call the counter to ask.
- A private tracking link
- Each job card carries its own link. The customer sees live status, amount paid and balance, without an app or a login.
- Receipts, not screenshots
- Payment confirmations go out with the receipt attached as a PDF, generated from the job card itself.
Estimates, billing & payments
Turn a finished repair into a clean bill.
The estimate the customer approved becomes the invoice. The advance already on the job card is adjusted. What is left is the balance — and nobody had to add anything up.

Accounting
Know exactly where the business stands.
Repairs and money are not two systems here. A receipt taken at the counter is already a cash book entry, already on the customer's ledger, already in this month's profit.

Reports
Stop guessing which repairs make money.
Most shops know their turnover and not their profit. Because parts, labour and the job card are the same record here, the margin on a repair is a number, not a feeling.

Multi-branch
One business. Every branch connected.
Adding a second shop should not mean starting a second system — or driving over to find out how the day went.
- Switch, don't log out
- One account, every branch. Change branch from the top bar and the whole screen follows.
- Scoped by default
- Job cards, customers, payments and reports belong to a branch — staff see theirs, you see all of them.
- Compare like for like
- Jobs, collection and technician output side by side, so a weak month has a location attached to it.

Roles & permissions
Give everyone the access they need. Nothing more.
Your technician does not need to see the day's collection, and your counter staff does not need the cash book. A role decides which menus even appear — and, inside them, which actions are allowed.
| Permission | Owner | Manager | Technician | Accountant | Counter staff |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Job cards | |||||
| Assign technician | |||||
| Estimates & invoices | |||||
| Record payments | |||||
| Cash book & ledger | |||||
| Profit reports | |||||
| Staff & roles | |||||
| Settings & backup |
Hidden, not greyed out
If a role can't use a menu, that menu isn't in their sidebar at all.
Per-action control
View, create, edit, delete, cancel, print — each one is its own permission.
Every change is logged
Who did what, and when. Sensitive actions leave an audit trail.
Workflow designer
Your shop's rules, not someone else's.
Decide, for every role, which stages of a repair they can see and exactly what they may do at each one. A technician takes and finishes jobs; only the counter marks a device delivered.
Stage-by-stage actions
Take job, add a note, attach a photo, add a part, mark the repair done — allowed per role, per status.
Only what concerns them
A role sees the statuses you list and no others, so the bench isn't scrolling past billing.
“My jobs” for the bench
Technician accounts can be limited to the jobs assigned to them, plus whatever is waiting to be picked up.

Warranty
A repair doesn't end at delivery.
When a customer comes back three weeks later, nobody has to remember what was promised. The device's own history says it.

Purchase
Every part you buy, against a supplier.
Record what you bought, from whom, for how much and whether it is paid. That flows straight into supplier payables and your profit — so the cost side of a repair is real, not an estimate.
Purchase entries
Date, supplier, items, amount, payment status — the record your accountant asks for.
Suppliers & payables
A running account per supplier, so you know what is outstanding before they call.
